Boot Camp classes with Erin are getting started. Whether you’re trying to get out of that early fall funk, trying to kickstart your comeback, or just looking for a different way to get an incredible workout, you need to check this out! A full body, intense, fun group workout that’s a little different every time is a great way to get that little extra push you need to get into great shape. Working out on your own can be boring and it can be hard to get motivated, so let our professional trainer take care of that!
