Horizons Martial Arts Kickboxing program is a combination of Muay Thai kickboxing and Karate. The average kickboxing class burns around 600 calories! The results are fast and training is hard and challenging! Horizons Kickboxing program is designed to build confidence, so you are less likely to be viewed as a target by bullies and potential attackers!
To protect yourself effectively, you must be in shape and to get into shape you must train. Come and train with us!
Our program is limited space,to keep class sizes down, so you will get the attention you need!
